The location on willow cliff road does not actually operate and the person on the phone said that the location doesn't exist despite signage out front.

I highly recommend using these guys. There were very courteous and knowledgeable. They used a regular key (no chip to start the car) to copy ours to make sure it worked before using the more expensive blank. They gave me the extra key for free so we're using it as an emergency key to get into the car. They even grinded it down for me for free so it would fit in my magnetic holder. They were also quick. The whole process took like 10 minutes to copy a key with a chip. The cost was cheaper than using a dealership, but about average compared to other locksmiths.
